In order to achieve the best surveillance and video effects, the ratio of the camera to the monitor or video equipment is of course 1:1. However, this is simply impossible. In medium-sized and large-scale projects, the number of cameras is often hundreds of thousands. In terms of cost and the use of operators, monitors and video equipment are far less than the number of cameras. In order to allow more camera images to be displayed on the monitor or to record at the same time, a multi-image processor is required. This equipment can combine multiple channels of video signals into one output, and then input them into a monitor or video recorder, so that multiple images can be displayed on the screen at the same time or multiple images can be recorded at the same time.
The working principle of multi-picture splitter and multi-picture processor are very different, and they are usually regarded as a kind of "multi-picture processor". The root of the "picture splitter" lies in the "image splicing" technology, and the root of the "picture processor" lies in the "time-sharing processing" technology.
1. Basic Principles
The basic principle of the multi-screen splitter is to use digital image compression processing technology to convert the image signals of multiple cameras through analog-to-digital conversion, compress them in an appropriate proportion and store them in the frame memory, and then display them on the same computer after digital/analog conversion. On the monitor screen. The video recorder treats it as a single picture. This method only has an encoding processing program, and does not need to go through a decoder during playback. Although there are many four-partitions that allow the picture to be sent back as a full picture during playback, this is only an electronic enlargement, that is, a 1/4 picture is enlarged into a single picture. Play all the actions in four divisions, so the resolution and quality of the screen will be sacrificed. When the requirements for video actions are higher than the requirements for picture clarity, four divisions are a good choice.
2. Main technology
The main technology of the multi-picture processor is the time division technology, which is individually processed according to the image time sequence of one field or frame of the smallest unit of the image, and recorded on the VCR tape in the order of the camera, encoded with the identification code, and taken out during video playback. The images with the same identification code are centrally stored in the corresponding image memory, and then compressed into pixels and sent to the monitor to display in a multi-screen mode. Therefore, the displayed and output images are discontinuous and pulsating images. Therefore, it is obvious that the number of input cameras is inversely proportional to the "real-time" of the multi-screen video image.
If the size of the monitor is too small, in the case of multiple screens at the same time, it is more difficult for the monitoring personnel. Here we recommend our AEVISION Dragon Shadow Splicing Screen series. Out of the "hall", in the "kitchen", true 4K ultra-high-definition, is not only a commercial display, but also an unannounced monitoring tool. 8mm, 1.7mm, 0.8mm, 3 kinds of frame specifications, 43-inch, 46-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 5 kinds of screen sizes are optional, support unlimited splicing, you can be as "big" as you want. It is currently on hot sale, welcome to consult and order!
