2. Our company does not assume any responsibility and obligation for those who obtain and purchase "Qingshijie" brand monitors through unofficial authorized channels, and are most likely not to enjoy all official technical service support and cause property losses.
l Machine Warranty Notice
1、The warranty period of the machine is one year from the date of purchase;
2、Do not scratch, change, or tear up the brand label on the back of the machine, otherwise it will be treated as an out-of-warranty or non-self-driver;
3、Monitors with sizes of 20-inch, 21-inch, 22-inch, and 24-inch can be replaced for free within 1 year if there is a failure, and for other sizes within 3 months;
4、Broken screen and screen dustNot included in the scope of warranty;
5、If the customer receives a new machine, if you find a broken screen, please immediately communicate with the corresponding business and the courier about the claims. Otherwise too long, shall be counted if not my SiCheng warranty.
