Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of after-sales service standards and service processes

2. Fully responsible for the daily planning and management of the after-sales service department, and supervised and coordinated the daily work of all departments

3. Formulated the operation strategies and policies of the after-sales service department

4. Master the company's service policies and service projects, and ensure the implementation of policies without deviation

5. Establish after-sale service information management system (customer service files, quality tracking and feedback), provide after-sale quality feedback data and product quality information to leaders and quality department, and provide suggestions for solving problems

Qualifications:

1. More than two years of after-sales and customer service management experience, familiar with after-sales service workflow, electrical after-sales service experience is preferred;
